Today was one of those days when I achieved a most unexpected Personal Best at the gym. The WOD was 6 rounds of: 1 rope climb, 15 box jumps, 20 ghd sit ups, with a 2:00 rest in between each round. When I first saw the WOD last night, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to do it or not. But this morning while Coaching my 6am class one of the newbies asked me if I could climb the rope. I told her yes and she said she wanted to see it. So, I climbed the rope….easier than I ever have before, and I haven’t even tried in MONTHS!! It was awesome! So, I did the workout this afternoon and it was hard, but great! So today’s personal best was 6 rope climbs in a WOD, 7 total for the day!!!
